• Hand-painted artwork - 48-72 hours
Proof times may extend during busy seasons. As Mother’s Day approaches and order volume increases, turnaround may fall closer to the longer end of these windows.
Ordering earlier is always the best way to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Your order does not move to production until your proof is approved.

Once your proof is approved, your design is sent to my professional print lab.

After production is complete, your order ships.

Shipping carrier delays are outside my control, so ordering early is always the safest option.

From order date to delivery, you’re typically looking at 7-13+ business days, depending on shipping speed and how quickly proofs are approved.
This is why ordering at least 2-3 weeks before Mother’s Day is strongly recommended for printed pieces.
Digital Files - The Fastest Option
Digital ultrasound and announcement designs are typically delivered within 24 hours or less after proof approval.
A digital file is a wonderful choice if:
• You’re ordering close to Mother’s Day
• You want to print locally
• You need flexibility
• You’d like to gift the design immediately
• You’re located outside the U.S.
For clients outside the U.S., digital delivery is often the fastest and most reliable option.
